The Life Models’ Society (LMS) was formed in 1989 to provide a means for life models to get to know each other, and as a support group to standardise rates of pay and to improve our working conditions. In the 37 years that we have been working, we have made significant progress in getting recognition and understanding of the value and labour that is involved in life modelling.
The founding members were Kate and Maria.
